Introduction of automatic packaging and palletizing line for refractory materials

The refractory packaging and palletizing line is a robot packaging and palletizing line designed according to the demand for refractory materials. The line adopts a four-axis robot with a maximum working radius of 2.8m-3.1m and a maximum load of 130-180KG. It is divided into two models.

1. One palletizing robot is responsible for one, two or three lines. The gripper is stable, the gripping speed is fast, and the robot stacks neatly.

2. The number of palletizing layers is 10 layers/pallet. It can stack more than four different pallet types according to the factory requirements, improve the utilization rate of pallets, and automatically take out pallets when pallets are put into storage, realizing intelligence.

3. Working rhythm: 800-900 packages per hour.

4. Applicable product specifications: Applicable to bag products of 20KG to 50KG

5. Fully enclosed safety guardrail; anti-intrusion stop function: safety gratings are installed at the forklift channel, and each entrance and exit is equipped with an emergency stop switch and related reset buttons.

6. When the emergency stop button is pressed, the gripper stops immediately.

7. The human-machine interface has operating systems in different languages in Chinese and English; and it has statistical and storage functions for packaging production line data; palletizer body adjustment function; alarm function.

8. The line body design is flexible, and one-to-one arrangement service is provided according to different manufacturers' sites.
