Composition and advantages of honeycomb ceramic batching production line

This production line is a National VI honeycomb ceramic batching building with large materials, multiple materials and multiple silos. The materials are manually loaded and lifted to the temporary storage bin at the top of the batching line. There is a screening machine under the temporary storage bin, and the screened materials fall into the storage bin. The batching method adopts the metering method of a fixed metering bucket, and the measured materials are sent to the airflow mixer through the silo pump sending tank.

This production line adopts a building structure, which makes rational use of the floor space and height space. The production line is arranged from top to bottom, without redundant conveying links, which reduces the loss of materials during the conveying process. The metering feeding device adopts a double screw conveyor, which has fast metering speed and high metering accuracy. The metered materials are transported to the pneumatic mixer at the end by positive pressure pneumatic conveying. The method is flexible and can be carried out from one point to multiple points. One set of metering supplies multiple sets of mixers.
