Mobile car system
The raw material bins are arranged in single or double rows (depending on the space of the plant). The mobile trolley is equipped with a weighing bucket, which stops under the bins that need to be weighed in turn according to the formula settings. After all weighing is completed, it stops at the designated shoe material outlet position (single or multiple). If the downstream supporting equipment is equipped with an automatic switch valve, automatic docking can be achieved through a telescopic tube.
Commonly used in production processes with low speed/precision requirements. Applicable to refractory materials, powder metallurgy, rubber and plastic products and other industries.
Batching accuracy: ±0.5% F.S. ~±1% F.S.
